Event Notice Form

You can use the following form to submit an Event Notice to Halton Presbytery for our Events Page. It will also be included in our "It's Happening in Halton" flyer, prepared each month for display at the churches of the Presbytery.

If you prefer, you can send an e-mail with the information to haltonp@haltonpres.org. You can also include a small image, such as a logo, to be included on the event page, or a file, such as a flyer, brochure or registration form, that can be linked to from our event page.

Please Note: We prefer not to include the personal names, e-mail addresses or phone numbers, as this can lead to spam and perhaps to other problems. We recommend that churches ensure that their Office Administrator can answer questions about events, or pass questions on to organizers.


Sender: Please provide your e-mail address, in case more information about this noticed is needed. This will not be used in the notice.
 
Church: If your event is being held at a church in Halton Presbytery, provide the name here. The notice will include a link to a map to your church, the church phone number, e-mail address, and web site address.
 
Location: If your event is not being held at a church in Halton Presbytery, provide the name and address of the event, and contact information such as e-mail address, phone number and web site address.
